Karen Hourtovenko, Psy. D
Karen Hourtovenko, Psy. D is the Founder and CEO of Life Zone Inc. and is Registered Nurse Practitioner and Registered Psychotherapist with 30 plus years in healthcare and business. She is a certified master coach and holds Bachelor’s in Science of Nursing, Master of Business and a Doctorate (Psychology).
She is an International Board of NLP and American board-
certified master and trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Quantum Transformation, Hypnotherapy and NLP coaching. She is also certified as a Neuro Strategic coach, Leadership Legacy coach trainer and certified in Mindsonar.
Her practice focuses on supporting people in lifestyle (emotional and nutrition health), business and professional development, and changing thinking patterns to achieve desired goals. She coaches, trains and certifies mangers, executives, healthcare providers and individual in advanced mindset engineering techniques, that eliminate negative emotions and beliefs, creating personal empowerment and development. She is an advocate in mental wellness and an expert in trauma. Karen is dedicated to her community through keynote presentations, trainings, and authors articles on how thought processes control our lives and medical concerns that are controllable with personal emotion and lifestyle changes. She volunteers on many boards and is dedicated to the success, health and vitality of the community and abroad.
As coach/counselor/trainer/ entrepreneur, she focuses on helping self and others be the best they can be.
Dr. Denise Simpson
Dr. Denise Simpson is a nationally recognized expert in the field of leadership with a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies and is a professional certified coach. While still in her mid-twenties, and shortly after earning dual Masters Degrees in Management and Human Resource Development, Denise was appointed as department chair of Adult Education to one of the largest community colleges in southern Texas. Her success in that role led to her being sought out as a lecturer and coach throughout the field of academia. At the same time, she launched complimentary careers in publishing and international commerce. Seeking greater challenges, Denise went back to school to earn her Ph.D., while at the same time beginning her formal coaching career as both a professional life and leadership coach and the CEO of two different companies. Denise’s main focus is Simpson Strategies, LLC, an empowerment group specializing in performance and personal development with a strong emphasis in Leadership development. As a Master Certified Coach and Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Dr. Denise helps her clients master their own internal forces in order to fully realize their emotional, physical, professional, and spiritual potential. DSurinder Gill is an NLP Trainer with a successful coaching practice. He has helped hundreds of people with issues such as weight loss, smoking cessation, and panic attacks. As a former Police Sergeant, Surinder has extensive experience in communication and is passionate about teaching people the power of the language of the mind.
Deborah Yager is a powerhouse with an unusual journey that only strengthens her as a Master Coach & Master Trainer. NLP found Deb several years ago, and it was a match made in Heaven. Her past struggles with sexuality, addiction, and negative self talk were hurdles in her life that NLP helped her overcome. On the other side of those hurdles was a brand new self empowered Deb – full of big ideas and the desire to create change.
Brandon Yager believes in setting big goals, taking massive action, and constantly improving along the way. His excellence-based philosophy incorporates a feedback system that allows you to pivot so you can continually produce massive results, cultivate deeper connections, and increase your confidence. Lori Ivins is a Life Re-Alignment Coach who helps empower and guide women along their journey into the unknown to face their fears, realign limiting beliefs, eliminate trauma, and embrace their transformation to live a bold life free of fear.
Irina Alexander is the founder of the Academy of MotivAction – Neuro-Science based training for entrepreneurs and thought leaders, using tools and techniques from behavior research and science to create hugely successful life and businesses.
Amie Arizmendi is a small town girl who served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years where she served most as a leader. While in the U.S. Navy, Amie worked extensively as a Suicide Prevention Specialist and Sexual Assault Advocate. Working with diverse populations, Amie learned how to appreciate the tiny nuances contained within cultures. Amie obtained her Master’s level education and worked as a mental health therapist. After much consideration and further specialized training, Amie became a Life Coach offering transformative healing and optimal support to her clients.
