Surinder Gil

Deb Yager

Deborah Yager is a powerhouse with an unusual journey that only strengthens her as a Master Coach & Master Trainer. NLP found Deb several years ago, and it was a match made in Heaven. Her past struggles with sexuality, addiction, and negative self talk were hurdles in her life that NLP helped her overcome. On the other side of those hurdles was a brand new self empowered Deb – full of big ideas and the desire to create change.

Jen Hardy

Jen is the founder and CEO of her own NLP coaching and training company, Jen Hardy Coaching and Training. Her gift of elevating others in a way that paves a path for them to step into themsleves authentically, coupled with her ability to connect with anyone so that they may feel truly heard, seen, and known, increases her ability to have a dramatic and quick impact on all who have the pleasure of being educated and lead by her.

Her passion for coaching and educating started in public education, teaching health and communications, while also leading athletic teams as a state champion high school varsity soccer coach. Throughout her career as a high school coach, Ms. Hardy was highly decorated with multiple local, state, and even national coaching awards and championships but felt as though something was still missing. As it turns out, coaching and teaching are what she believes she is meant to do in this world, just not in the public education sector.

When Ms. Hardy found NLP she couldn’t get through the material quick enough and spent a year getting through her training certification with the IBNLP. Megan Blacksmith

Megan Blacksmith is the co-founder of Zesty Ginger, a company founded on the principles of compassionate transformation where they help women restore optimal health through a combination of functional medicine, mindset and subconscious reprogramming.

Amie Arizmendi

Amie Arizmendi is a small town girl who served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years where she served most as a leader. While in the U.S. Navy, Amie worked extensively as a Suicide Prevention Specialist and Sexual Assault Advocate. Working with diverse populations, Amie learned how to appreciate the tiny nuances contained within cultures. Amie obtained her Master’s level education and worked as a mental health therapist.
