Surinder Gil

DSurinder Gill is an NLP Trainer with a successful coaching practice. He has helped hundreds of people with issues such as weight loss, smoking cessation, and panic attacks. As a former Police Sergeant, Surinder has extensive experience in communication and is passionate about teaching people the power of the language of the mind.

Hypnosis is a large part of Surinder’s coaching practice and this enables him to weave Hypnotic language patterns into the techniques of NLP in a natural and trance-inducing way.

Deb Yager

Deborah Yager is a powerhouse with an unusual journey that only strengthens her as a Master Coach & Master Trainer. NLP found Deb several years ago, and it was a match made in Heaven. Her past struggles with sexuality, addiction, and negative self talk were hurdles in her life that NLP helped her overcome. On the other side of those hurdles was a brand new self empowered Deb – full of big ideas and the desire to create change.

Because of her background, Deb discovers what clients really want by helping them dive into their past traumas and current perceptions. She focuses on rebuilding better lives by using powerful tools to conquer negative feelings that hold people back. Over the last few years, her innovative approach to the mind and body has helped hundreds of people lead more fulfilling lives. She is a firm believer in the ability to manifest your own reality and everything that comes into your realm.

Founding the International Board of NLP with her husband is something that has always been in the works for Deb. Her mission to help women create confidence in life, relationships, business, sales, sex, and more has driven her to co-create this board to help people build the confidence and freedom that leads to a successful and happy life.

Brandon Yager

Brandon Yager believes in setting big goals, taking massive action, and constantly improving along the way. His excellence-based philosophy incorporates a feedback system that allows you to pivot so you can continually produce massive results, cultivate deeper connections, and increase your confidence. Since co-founding Yager Training LLC with his wife, Deborah, Brandon has become an expert in the field of NLP. With an impressive business list behind him, he is also an expert in real estate, health, fitness, and whole body wellness. He’s a natural problem solver who values an incredibly effective workflow. His drive to be the best is evident in all that he does, and by knowing what it takes to get there, he finds purpose in helping others attain the same success.

Lori Ivans

Lori Ivins is a Life Re-Alignment Coach who helps empower and guide women along their journey into the unknown to face their fears, realign limiting beliefs, eliminate trauma, and embrace their transformation to live a bold life free of fear.

As a certified NLP Trainer and Master Coach, Lori is passionate about helping thousands of women reach their ultimate potential to make a massive impact on future generations. Lori is also a professional speaker on Life Re-Alignment, NLP, Hypnosis, and Quantum Time Technique.

Out of Lori’s titles, her favorites are wife and mom. She’s been married for over forty years, has four sons, and lives in Georgetown, Texas. In her free time, you can find her writing poetry, taking photos of nature, loving on her grandkids, and giving back through her non-profit she co founded with five other women, The Key2Free, serving survivors of sex trafficking and bringing awareness to this nefarious industry.

Jen Hardy

Jen is the founder and CEO of her own NLP coaching and training company, Jen Hardy Coaching and Training. Her gift of elevating others in a way that paves a path for them to step into themsleves authentically, coupled with her ability to connect with anyone so that they may feel truly heard, seen, and known, increases her ability to have a dramatic and quick impact on all who have the pleasure of being educated and lead by her.

Her passion for coaching and educating started in public education, teaching health and communications, while also leading athletic teams as a state champion high school varsity soccer coach. Throughout her career as a high school coach, Ms. Hardy was highly decorated with multiple local, state, and even national coaching awards and championships but felt as though something was still missing. As it turns out, coaching and teaching are what she believes she is meant to do in this world, just not in the public education sector.

When Ms. Hardy found NLP she couldn’t get through the material quick enough and spent a year getting through her training certification with the IBNLP. After such accreditation though she spent the following year going back to assist each training she had been a part of to learn and serve from a different perspective, deepening her love of the tools and skills NLP provides to make a difference in the lives of others. She now runs her own NLP company where she can proudly continue her passion for teaching and coaching by offering such services as one on one empowerment coaching, NLP, and QTT certification programs focused on Self Mastery, Leadership, and Coaching, as well as creating and leading corporate training. Megan Blacksmith

Megan Blacksmith is the co-founder of Zesty Ginger, a company founded on the principles of compassionate transformation where they help women restore optimal health through a combination of functional medicine, mindset and subconscious reprogramming.

After her own postpartum health crash (what she calls falling off the hormone cliff) over 10 years ago, all her regular lab work said that she was “perfect” while she felt miserable. Amie Arizmendi

Amie Arizmendi is a small town girl who served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years where she served most as a leader. While in the U.S. Navy, Amie worked extensively as a Suicide Prevention Specialist and Sexual Assault Advocate. Working with diverse populations, Amie learned how to appreciate the tiny nuances contained within cultures. Amie obtained her Master’s level education and worked as a mental health therapist. After much consideration and further specialized training, Amie became a Life Coach offering transformative healing and optimal support to her clients.

Amie used to be a different version of who she is today, like many of us.
